JAMES C. VESEY, PRESIDENT, CEO and CHAIRMAN of the Board Of Directors. Mr. Vesey was first introduced to the Colombian Gold Mineral Rights in 1980, leading to his founding of World Mining Corporation in 1996 to acquire and re-start mining operations on these exceptionally rich gold properties. In addition to executive management, Mr. Vesey has over 25 years of engineering and production operations management experience via holding positions as air/water pollution control engineer, process engineer, project engineer and production superintendent with major companies. Career accomplishments include:
" The design & development of gaseous fluorine control
systems resulting in greatly reduced ambient fluorine pollution
and increased industry standards.
" Project liaison engineer for the grass roots construction
of a complete phosphate production facility, including sulfuric
acid plant, phosphoric acid plant, super phosphate plant, granulated
phosphate plant, ammoniated phosphate plant and associated utilities,
raw material handling and state-of-the-art environmental controls.
" Developed bulk material handling skills in ore slurry and
fluids transport and material handling and conveying.
" Superintendent of four granulated ammoniated phosphate
production plants, with responsibility for 67 employees, financial
budgeting, and maintenance. Increased department operating factor
by 37%, reduced maintenance by 50% and set new training and safety
records.
Mr. Vesey has co-founded and served as president and chief executive officer of an international pharmaceutical development company, which became publicly-listed on the ASE, managed his own technical consulting company, as well as advising and serving on the boards of entrepreneurial businesses. As well as having several years experience in Colombia, Mr. Vesey has worked in England, Jamaica, and Brazil as a consultant or implementing operations and start-up projects. Mr. Vesey holds degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology, studied accounting and management at the University of South Florida and completed several Kepner-Tregoe Problem Analysis and Decision Making courses. Mr. Vesey is a member of the Society of Mining and Metallurgical Engineers (SME) and a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC).
ROBERT T. SHORT, CONTROLLER. Mr. Short began his career as an intern with Pricewaterhouse Coopers' internal audit consulting division while attending the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. During his term at the University, he majored in Accounting and Finance, graduating cum laude with honors; while there, he cultivated a keen interest in geopolitics, philosophy, and economics. Mr. Short Robert was very active at the University of Miami School of Business, holding the title of President of the University's Beta Alpha Psi accounting fraternity chapter. Subsequent to his graduation, Mr. Short engaged in continuing studies at the University of Tampa, after which he began working with Grant Thornton, LLP as an audit associate.

ROBERT L. ULRICH, SECRETARY, TREASURER and DIRECTOR. Mr. Ulrich, a prominent attorney and life-long resident of St. Petersburg, Florida has practiced law since 1963 and served as Mayor of the City of St. Petersburg from 1987 to 1991. He also served as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Bankers Insurance Company and Bankers Life Insurance Company of Florida; was an Organizing Director of Bank of Florida, Chairman of the Board of Bank of Florida/ SouthTrust Bank of West Florida; and a developer of the Cloisters On Beach Drive Condominium project in St. Petersburg. Mr. Ulrich presently serves as Director on several company Boards and also is a Trustee and Member of the Executive Committee of the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg. Mr. Ulrich earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and a J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law and served in the United States Air Force as a pilot.

PAUL PALUZZI, DIRECTOR. Mr. Paluzzi has a broad based entrepreneurial and corporate management background, having joined a privately held specialty management consulting firm in 1988, and being quickly promoted to a Senior Executive position. At the time he joined the company it was a $38 million operation. During his tenure as a Senior Executive with the firm, the company was built to annual volume of $120 million as a worldwide operation, handling over 7000 clients per year. Expertise was in providing general management consulting services to small and medium size, entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Paluzzi left the firm in 2001 to pursue real estate development opportunities. He has been active as CEO and a principal in various companies, including multiple real estate development projects, involved in buying, entitling, and developing projects ranging from single family homes to large mixed use residential, commercial and office developments totaling well over $120 million in value. Mr. Paluzzi is co-founder and Chairman of eePARC - a 3,000 acre environmental energy park and research center he is currently developing in east Florida.
RANALD STEWART, DIRECTOR. Mr. Stewart has been involved in new company formation, marketing, management and finance in industries including mortgage banking, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, energy products and real estate development. Mr. Stewart was co-founder of the Meredith Corporation, a National Real Estate Corporation, where he developed, syndicated and/or managed over 2 million square feet of retail space, 11 hotels, 15,000 apartment units and numerous town home projects throughout the United States. Mr. Stewart is the former owner of American Capital Resources, Inc., a mortgage-banking firm with annual volume exceeding $150 million. He has also been the CEO and Chairman of an AMEX-listed international pharmaceutical development company, joining them early in the concept stage. Mr. Stewart is co-founder and Vice Chairman of eePARC - a 3,000 acre environmental energy park and research center he is currently developing in east Florida.
PAUL M. WINTRODE, CPA, DIRECTOR. Mr. Wintrode started his professional career as an auditor for the accounting firm Price Waterhouse. He then joined Paramount Communications/VIACOM and held positions ranging from Senior Auditor to Corporate Controller and VP Finance for various subsidiaries, including Prentice Hall Canada and Simon & Schuster's US Mail Order Division. In 1996, Mr. Wintrode joined KPMG Consulting as a Senior Manager providing leadership and advisory services in financial, operational and strategic initiatives to their Fortune 100 clients. Since 2001, Mr. Wintrode has been involved in private businesses and investments. Mr. Wintrode holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University and received his CPA Certification in 1988 from the State of New York.
